Society of Wool Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated company.

Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you make a purchase using a credit card your account will be charged in NZD. The name that will appear on your statement will be Society of Wool Limited.

The prices shown are all correct at time of viewing. However, we might change some of the prices from time to time for promotional reasons and we reserve the right to do this.

Payment Methods 

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard.

Your credit card payment will be redirected to an encrypted DPS Payment Express gateway where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Your credit card information will never be disclosed to any third party by Society of Wool.

Delivery

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of $10 for all of New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day of your order being placed. Courier Post are our preferred delivery company throughout New Zealand.

North Island – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch

South Island and Rural – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch

To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide us with a residential or business (street) address for delivery.

We are happy to ship overseas and can arrange this if you contact us via email store@societyofwool.co.nz

returns policy

damaged/faulty items

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order.  In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email store@societyofwool.co.nz

exchange policy

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes colour guides for our product. If you have a question about our products please feel free to contact us at store@societyofwool.co.nz prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.

We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty. We do not refund if you change your mind as once the kit has been opened it is unable to be re-sold.

We understand that the privacy of the personal information you supply to us is paramount. For this reason we will only ask for and use information we reasonably need to conduct our business, and provide the best possible service to you, our valued customer.

In accordance with our obligations to you under the Privacy Act 1993, any personal information that we do collect about you can be accessed by you. If anything we hold is incorrect, you are able to request that we correct this information.

We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other company or third party.  If you have received an email newsletter from Society of Wool and do not wish to receive any more please click “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our mailing listdatabase.  If you experience any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us at store@societyofwool.co.nz
